Enter through and up the winding stairway to experience a step back in time, away from the hustle and bustle of the town below. The lounge has a log effect fire, large, comfortable sofas, period effect lighting and a bookcase of local books for the visitor to enjoy.

The period effect is continued in the Master Bedroom with its wonderfully comfortable bed, pine wardrobe and dresser. this room looks out over the River Nith and the illuminated Devorgilla Brig.

In keeping with the rest of the apartment, the bathroom is luxuriously fitted throughout.

The galley kitchen contains every modern appliance necessary to make you're stay as comfortable as possible, including a washer/dryer, modern cooker, microwave, kettle and toaster. we also provide dishware, cutlery, towels and linen.

The stairway to the second floor maintains the period effect, with solid, wooden beams. An additional toilet and washand basin are located on the landing. The second bedroom at the top of the stairway is unusual, with coombed ceilings and a large alcove at one end which provides useful storage space or space for an extra bed or cot. The single bed provides a restful and comfortable environment at the end of the day, with a Velux window providing views along the river to the waterfall.
